Shipments to Italy are via GLS courier.
For all other countries shipments will be by first class mail (NOT REGISTERED), unless otherwise specified
If you prefer Registered Letter get in touch and we'll give you all the infos about.

All orders will be processed and shipped in 5-7 days.
All items will be well packed, we do our best to make sure packages.
We don't refund or return any lost item or damages stuff (during the shipping).
If an item is defective we accept the return (at your own expense): only items bought directly from us (Terror From Hell Records).
